WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT? CANNOT CALL CANNOT USE LIVE CHAT THIS IS RIDICULOUS

So sorry you’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with us. 

Try clicking on the link for the Live Chat team who are able to look into your account  for you

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Hi thanks for the information I did after checking other answers discover the button is NOT visible unless an agent is available. That is not obvious. How about having a red button and then when an agent is available it goes Blue? It would make it easier especially for anyone that doesnt know. There are so many people asking ‘where is the chat button’ Thanks anyway I did get my problem resolved I think, hope …
