Why is it so difficult to end my contract?

For the past 4 months I’ve been trying to cancel my contract, each time I’ve tried the Live chat advisors have said to follow the process by going to ‘My Account’ and ‘End My Plan’. For months and months, the page that follows has been under construction. I am going out of my mind, I just want to end my contract.

Hello @annatylr,

Have you tried texting PAC to 65075 to get a PAC code or STAC to 75075 to get a STAC code?

You can then give this to your new network depending on if you want to keep the number (PAC) or happy to lose it (STAC) and they will process a cancellation either way.

Hi,

I tr​ied the STAC method as I no longer require th​​​​​​e number, but I got a text saying something went wrong and to “contact us”.

This is so frustrating and it shouldn’t be so difficult.

Please advise me.
