Wrong contract cancelled

I have three ID Contracts.  I cancelled one of them over the phone whilst speaking to an adviser but today after the cancellation time the wrong contract has been cancelled by ID. I desperately need this number reinstalling ASAP but can’t speak to anyone as all call centres are closed.  
 

Can anyone help please or suggest how I can get a response from ID?
