Wrong PAC Code - invalid

I have received a PAC code from ID mobile, which isn’t being accepted by another mobile provider. I have been advised by the other provider that I need to ascertain a new PAC code, however have been unable to do so, despite multiple messages.

i am now paying for two contracts. Please can someone get in touch to provide me with a new PAC code so i can port my existing number?
