I am trying to use use the live chat as I can’t physically speak to someone on the phone which is ridiculous it is after 9 am but the chatbot keeps telling me that live chat is closed !!!!!! I have tried to cancel my plan before but no one had done this. It is now impacting my credit report and I cannot tell you how angry and frustrated I am.
