How do i disconnect?

Hi. I bought an id connection for my son a couple of years ago. I have no idea of the details or log in credentials (it is in my name). My son has not used it for a year as he has an unlimited everything phone from a different provider. We have had the reminder to renew the contract or cancel but I cannot log in and can not get to speak to a human being. How do I disconnect. I have cancelled the direct debit.

Trust Pilot

I was so disappointed with ID when I tried every way to contact them after I got out of stock message and tried to cancel. I gave them a minus if possible rating on Trust Pilot. I then got a message From Ryan I replied informing him of the bad customer service. I have had no reply and not received my £19.99 up front payment .Managed to get a phone no problem next day from   3  after speaking to a human and not a machine.
