I am literally going round & round in circles on your website!!!

I just want to End my contract pls.

Have you tried speaking to our Live Chat Team?

 

You can submit a disconnection also via the iD app/account.

Or Request a STAC/PAC code and give this to your new network to port out and keep the number/cancel without keeping the number
