Tried to make a call today an got as far as a voice telling me I was out of minutes and needed to add more etc. Upon checking my minutes using the app I found that I did in fact have loads (300) so I don't really know what the problem is as I'm not on the phone a lot so won't have used those minutes...

My daughter has just got this with her first phone but it appears that you can only cap data at £5 over limit. I’m not happy 🤨 . Surely there is a way of capping data so she doesn’t go over at all ‍♀️

Why can't we cap at £0?

Hello. I joined iD with the understanding that they allow capping, which I had with my previous provider as well. What they failed to mention is that it starts at a minimum £5 spend. I find this slightly odd and a little bit unfair. iD - give us £0 capping (pretty please)!
