I have paid for a bundle twice and it's capped I can't do anything? Help please

Hi, I may have the same problem.

I had a Ā£15 bundle that expired and I used my mobile app to bump it up to a Ā£20 one but nothing happened.Ā  I tried toĀ buy the Ā£20 bundle again, including entering payment details and the app confirming that Iā€™d paid but still no bundle.Ā  The money has left my account (Ā£40 in total) but still nothing.Ā  I think this might be because I changed the bundleĀ after the old one had expired but why you canā€™t just start me on a new one is a mystery.

I also canā€™t get through to a human by phone which is frankly VERY annoying.Ā  As you guys have my money can you sort out giving me a refund of one of the bundles and a phone service asĀ soon as possible please?
