How can I cap my plan?

Please help! I urgently need to use my phone. We have a family member who is terminally ill. Message today says I have used 100% of my cap. Can't log in to account and can't access via app. No chat available as it says closed as does the 7777 telephone number.

Hello @Aboobk,

Have you actually completed the capping change in the iD app?

Please note that changing the cap does not remove charges already incurred from previous months.

Can you confirm you have updated the cap in the app/account?

Hi, 

My question is:-  Why is it so difficult to change my capping? I have tried so many times to change my capping, but ending up being charged extra £5.00 in my bill……. I don’t want this extra  charge in my bill any more.

Please let me know how to stop this……. Thank you
