why do you always claim i have no capacity to make calls on my phone when you always show unused capacity on my statements, or do you just want to lose clients ?

I am sorry to hear about that issue. You may hit your cap if you make calls that are not included within your allowances, please can you explain more about the messages you see so we can advise further?

i get a voice on my phone telling me i have to pay more to be able to make calls & my phone doesn,t allow any outgoing calls , despite my statement ALWAYS showing a positive balance , when i queried this the operator said he would sort it. over 4 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
