why do you always claim i have no capacity to make calls on my phone when you always show unused capacity on my statements, or do you just want to lose clients ?

What is the literal error message you’re getting?
Is the number you’re trying to call a premium rate one (like a business number or something of that nature?).
i get a voice on my phone telling me i have to pay more to be able to make calls & my phone doesn,t allow any outgoing calls , despite my statement ALWAYS showing a positive balance , when i queried this the operator said he would sort it. over 4 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
