I received a message saying cap reached (not sure how but that’s another topic). As I’m in South America I need to be able to use phone when necessary so how can I solve problem? Cap is already £25 so cant raise it: have made special payment of £25 but this has not appeared in account yet.

Based on what you’ve told us there, you would need to raise your cap or have it raised beyond £25 in order to get any more usage over there during your current billing period.
If you’re unable to do this from your side (in the app or online) then you would need to contact us to have that extended.
