ID account "capped" even though I have capacity

ID won’t let me access my internet on my phone, saying I’m capped. I’ve bought an extra package and increased my limit and I’m still capped. I’m furious as I can’t speak to anyone in customer service!

 

Seriously considering moving network now. Please help me immediately.

Hi @Ivan1000,

 

Are you referring to the spending cap, or a data cap? I’m aware data caps can be placed on handset settings, have you checked if it’s this that’s preventing you from accessing the internet, as we don’t cap data usage. If you have it to use, we’d never prevent you from doing so.
