Yesterday I upgraded mid plan to a £20 p/month unlimited everything contract. Today I've gone to make phone calls only to be told that I've reached my capped limit? In order to make any phone calls I'm having to change the limit on the cap and continue increasing the charges. I made one 2 minute phone call that used £2.50 of an allowance I shouldn't have ? I never had a problem with this before upgrading. I never came close to reaching a cap on anything other than data. Very confused and can't get hold of anyone other than a useless automated phone receiver. Please help !
Upgraded contact to unlimited everything, now suddenly getting out of plan caps which means i cant even make phone calls ???
