I upgraded to a new handset about 6 months ago and, on the advice of ID customer services kept my old SIM rather than switch to the new one. Everything’s been fine until today when I downloaded the ID Mobile app for the first time on my new handset. I then received a text message saying “Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated…” Since then I’ve now no service on my phone so assume the current (“old”) SIM has been deactivated.I’m now away from my new and unwanted SIM card (still in its envelope) for over a week and really need to be able to use my phone. I’ve no idea what has caused the apparent deactivation of the old SIM but would be really grateful if there’s any way it could be reactivated.Wisdom very gratefully received! Thank you.
I have recently moved over to ID Mobile and like what seems like many before me, I’m having issues with the Wi-Fi calling function not working.My workplace has very poor mobile connectivity so I rely on Wi-Fi calling to make and receive calls.I have tried the obvious solutions suggested elsewhere but no luck.Someone on another chat topic said that a replacement SIM worked for them. Could that be the only solution?
I have recently signed up with Experian to check my credit file and there seems to be missed payments referring to an old account i settled on my credit file.ANY ideas as to how i can remove these as i cant seem to contact iD on any phone number and ANY attempt to resolve this online just defaults to my current mobile account which is all up to date.

I have just joined ID on a 24 month contract, iPhone 13 pro, unlimited package. received the phone and SIM card but no free belkin power bank. Could anyone tell me how I can still get mine delivered before the deadline
I’ve just checked the status of the refer a friend reward page and it’s still on “pending”. We both received an email to say “Your reward is coming” back on the 15th Feb. Three bill payments have been made on my friends side since then and it has been more than 90 days since receiving the above email. Tried talking to online chat, but didn’t resolve issue.
Hi, since moving from Talkmobile to iD this week I’ve had problems receiving iMessages / text messages. Sometimes they come through, sometimes they don’t. Particular problem with One-Time security codes.I’ve restarted phone, checked mobile number is correct, reset network settings but no joy. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Hello, I never recieved my SIM. Tracking show it being delivered to the wrong door. I’ve asked my neighbour but he does not know where it is so I am being charged for something I cannot use, please help.
