Fraudulent Account set up in my name

I’m not an ID Mobile user but I have just received a letter which claims an account has been set up in my name. I've tried to report the fraud on live chat but wasn't able to as I don't have a crime reference number.

I can send a photo of the letter containing all the details privately, as well as proof of identification.

​​​​Can this be investigated for me, please?
