Hi. Im trying to order a new SIM as my previous phone got lost. But when I try to go into account it says it doesn't recognise my number. I haven't used the SIM in ages but want to start it up again with a new SIM in a new phone. Can you help please?

You probably best advised to just order a new SIM from iD or pop into a Currys store a get one there.
