Hi, I have just started a new contract with you although I am a continuing customer. The new phone you sent me is faulty. It doesn't find internet when going from 1 place to another (e.g. home to work).

Please contact me

Hi @Chris Hogben

Sorry to hear this, please could you provide the postcode(s) where you’re having issues with data?

Have you tried your SIM card in another device to test?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

Tom

Hey @Chris Hogben, by posting your personal details in this public forum, you’re inviting bad actors, fraudsters and scammers to take advantage.

Anyone with Internet access can read your forum posts, and you might become the victim of fraud.

Maybe better to contact iD support privately using the online chat - https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.
