I’ve switched over to the ID early but I’ve already set up a pac transfer….can you move my new number across early?? As Three seem to like charging me early for the next month.

Is there a number I can call to actually speak to someone?

Have you tried typing “talk to a person”, @N3il.h?

Do that a few times and you should able to get customer service, and avoid the 24/7 bot.

Unfortunately @N3il.h, iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline.

Have you spoken to an advisor using the online Live Chat service? The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.

Perhaps try this link, https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, @N3il.h.

Hey there Neil, thank you for reaching out to us.

If you’re wanting to move your port-in date forward, then we should indeed be able to do so for you.

As @andewhite has kindly mentioned, you can contact us via live-chat, and our team should be able to resolve this for you there. If not, please let us know here, and we can send you a PM to get this sorted.

Kind regards,

Tyler
