I am not an ID mobile customer but I am still sorting fraud regarding received letters and multiple accounts that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers.
I need this sorted ASAP. This has been going on FOR 5 years.
How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed? I spoke with the IDMobile chat but need a quicker resolution. \
