Hey guys.
I just wanted to share with you my excitement. I have applied for a job in Carphone Warehouse and had my interview yesterday. It is first time when I was invited for interview so my excitement skyrocketed. I hope I have left the best impression I could and will join the family. Manager said that he will let me know by Friday if I was successful or not. Big reason for the interview invitation was iD Community as I have mentioned on my letter that I love to help people and I am actively helping others with iD related enquiries. I have really high hopes for it and I can't imagine how sad will be to be rejected. Wish me luck guys and cross your fingers for me.

Hey guys. I have got an answer today. Unfortunately position that I applied for has been cancelled. Well... maybe next time I will have more luck. Still no part of Dixons family 😞

Thats back luck! Don't be disheartened though because it's not as if you were rejected based on your interview but more a case of the business not needing an extra adviser at this time. Keep your eyes open on the position though, they might need someone again in the future. :)

Still need to go through notice time in my previous job and have training done as well as sign the contract but store manager just offered me position and send my documents to the HR department so first step has been done. Hey guys, of course I will have time for the community. My involvment with community was major factor in the decision to give me chance in Carphone. Store Manager also mentioned that Carphone employees can take advantage of some perks like heavy discount on Vodafone sim only contracts but I will not take it so I can stick with iD 😁

I have got wee update for you. My training has been booked for Monday 16th and I will be back home on the 19th. If everything will go well then I should start my first shift in Carphone on the 21st which is also my birthday, that would be great present to start excatly that day.
