Just follow these simple steps, and its job done! Don’t know your PAC from your STAC? We’ve explained the differences between these two things below   What is the difference between a PAC and a STAC Your PAC is a code that lets you bring your mobile from one network to iD Mobile when you switch to us your old account with your previous network will disconnect. A STAC is a code that’ll get you a brand-new number on iD Mobile and your old account and number with your previous provider will disconnect when you switch.   How do I get my PAC or STAC?   PAC If you want to keep your mobile number and move to iD Mobile simply text PAC and send it to 65075 Its totally free and will also include important information about any early termination charges or pay-as-you-go credit balances Reminder: you will have 30 days in which to provide

Here's what to do in each of these situations:  1. New connection.If you've purchased a new connection, the SIM card you receive should already be activated. Upgrade If you've recently upgraded with us, your new plan allowances should now be available to use on your current SIM.You might receive a new SIM card in the post. This is just in case you've upgraded to a new phone, and your current SIM doesn't fit. No MMS sending and no APN editing

hi everyone I’ve recently transferred from another network and since coming across I’m finding I can’t send picture messages on my iPhone 6 to anyone on a different type of phone i.e. not iMessage I’ve been speaking with the technical team at ID mobile a few times but don’t appear to be making very quick progress so I thought I would throw the question out there to see if anyone can help? I believe I need to edit my APN settings to get this to work however currently APN isn’t available . When I go into mobile networks I’m go to options APN just simply isn’t there, my only two options or data roaming and 4G. I’ve been through the ID mobile settings checker and it tells me it cannot automatically send me the settings for my phone and the only option available to me is to do this manually but I can’t do this manually as I don’t have the option. Has anyone come across similar and aware of a fix? My previous carriers profile has been deleted and I currently have no profile set up

Fraud account setup in my name

Just received a letter from ID Mobile for a final demand notice of payment. I have never dealt with ID mobile or set up an account. Approximately one month ago several phone contracts were taken out in my name. I have rectified the issue with the other phone companies who cancelled the accounts and updated my credit file appropriately. I believe this account was set up at a similar time to the other accounts week commencing 21st September 2020. I have filed several reports on action fraud and will file another for this. I tried contacting IDmobile customer services over the phone which was unsuccessful and can not find any other route of communication, hence this query. I tried Carphone Warehouse customer services who said I should contact IDmobile. Therefore, I have a letter asking for payment of an account that was not set up by myself and no way to flag this fraud. Please can someone set me up with the appropriate fraud team to get this sorted. Poor service if you ask me, all other

Iphone XS on ID

Just wondered how many other people like me have a lovely new IPhone X or XS and aren't able to use it 4 days after launch? I put my SIM card in and it doesn't connect to the ID Network. ID know about the issue and are working on it, but after 4 days are still not able to give me a resolution timeframe. I have wasted about 10 hours with ID, apple store, apple care and carphone warehouse trying to find out what was wrong. On advice of carphone warehouse I even sent the first phone back as they said it must be a hardware fault. Only on Sunday evening I got an email from ID saying that the issue was their end. Just wondered how many others out there are affected, and what you have been told? I have been told to expect an email tomorrow (25th September) with an update (not a fix). Paul

WiFi Calling - enabled but does not work.

Hey guys   Usually I feel comfortable with getting most of iD Mobile features working by myself but since I got my Note 10 and my partner got S10 I really struggle to get WiFi Calling to work.  Both of the phones are factory unlocked and purchased directly from Samsung.   * I have erased and setup my phone twice to see if that will help. * I have reset network settings multiple times even when using safe mode. * I have checked career provisioning using #*#*4636#*#* code and toggle for WiFi Calling is on but greyed out. * I have turn WiFi Calling on and off and test it with Airplane mode multiple times.   My phone is dual SIM so as a test I have inserted o2 and Vodafone Sims from my mates to the second slot and WiF Calling works with both of them but as soon as I change it back to iD Mobile it's not working but toggle to turn it off and on is visible.    Below is few screenshot from my research.       I hope you guys can help me here, maybe one of the technicians would know what to do b

Cannot view any videos on Britbox

For the last few days I have had a problem viewing videos on Britbox. I can generally navigate the Britbox site OK - it is just when trying to play a video that the problem arises. The screen locks with the “waiting” circle and eventually gives the Britbox error message “Sorry, something went wrongWe are currently experiencing issues playing your video. Please try again later.”This problem does not happen when using Britbox from other networks (EE is file) but it has been happening consistently now on Id Mobile for the last few days.The only time it has worked on Id Mobile in the last few days is when I was away from by usual location. I was in Bridport and it worked there. I noted the ip address was 92.40.248.60 Once it had worked in Bridport it continued to work for a time at my usual location and I noted that it was still using the 92.40.248.60 ip address Since then it has not worked and the ip address is different (all commencing with 92.40.168 or 92.40.169).
