Not receiving text messages

I can send but not receive texts.

I am waiting for a text from the NHS so it’s important!

Tried switching off and on, removing sim, checked that the 07782000800 number is there…

calls working fine.

problem appeared in last couple of days; not a new phone or sim or any change

 

No way to call iD mobile which is awful.

using android
