Hi,
recently changed to id mobile
noticed yesterday I had no 4G network and my phone was saying 3G, wouldn’t be a problem but nothing data wise was working on my phone
anyone else had this issue or any ideas to fix?

Hey @adamb,
Can you confirm for us your full postcode so we can check the coverage in your area for you?
We have a coverage checker on our website you can use to see what the estimated levels of coverage are for both 3G & 4G.
Some of the things you can try are turning off 4G in the settings and using 3G only to see how this works.
Maintenance work/mast issues can also be causing this.
Are you experiencing issues with calls & texts also?
