I've just joined to ID mobile, I'm very surprised with slow data connection at Canda water (indoor) it shows strength of - 132dbm where o2 has - 102dbm. Is there any outage today?
I've checked online checker and shows nothing.

I'm sorry to hear that. If our coverage checker shows that the connection should be fine, then we would expect you to be able to get a decent level of service. The speeds are always dependant on other factors such as the distance you are from the mast, the amount of people currently using the mast in question, and the building materials used within the structure.
