Can no longer receive or send phone calls from home (London W8)

I have used ID mobile for about 4 years very satisfactorily but can no longer make or receive calls

from home in London W8. Coverage is shown as excellent on maps.

(I can receive/send if I move outside the block of flat)

What is the reason? and hopefully this is temporary. Your advice please

(Online chat was quite useless on this occasion)

Hello Mohammed,

The fault has gone on for well over 2 weeks - I cannot even get sms from banks for 2 steps verification !

so quite a nuisance. At 78 and isolating a lot I am getting very frustrated .The least I expected is an update from ID -t hough it would not put me back on line to get or receive calls.

Can someone get back to me, please.

Hi @Roger Roget,

 

We’re sorry for any disruption you experience. Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual.

 

We have it on good authority that they’re working around the clock to get this sorted, but as of yet we don’t have a specific time frame to provide I’m afraid.

Unable to send or receive CALLS for several days from home(see copy of my previous message)

If this was not bad enough , now ALSO unable to receive text  !!-such as bank logging confirmation.
