Completely lost signal?

Have had a sim with ID mobile for 2 years without any problems. Good mobile signal for both 3g and 4g. But mobile signal at home has completely disappeared in last day or so. Coverage checker now says I can't get either 4g or 3g at my home address? What is going on?

I need my phone for work and now it is completely useless.

Our system shows that some work is being carried out in the area currently, however we expect this to be resolved today. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

We’d advise periodically restarting your device to check the signal.

And to clarify it's for home school work that is causing problems including calls, not for a business

It sounds as though the issue may be due to a mast outage if the problem has occurred very suddenly. Please can you confirm your postcode so we can check the status of the masts in your area?
