My husband is interested in buying a phone through yourselves but wants to check the coverage in his work as the building is notorious for not getting connection with some networks. Where could I get a ID sim to try?

Hi @Andrenag

You could buy Pay as You Go SIM in Carphone Warehouse to test it and if everything works fine you can then order your phone and contract through ID Mobile website or going back to Carphone. Mind that you won't be able to transfer your PAYG number to pay monthly deal, you will receive brand you number if you decide to go for it.

Just to keep you informed, ID Mobile support WiFi calling so if your husband can't get 4G/3G signal in his work place but is allowed to connect his phone to WiFi then this link here would be something to get familiar with.

Howdy @Andrenag

The quickest way to get a good idea of the coverage in your area(s) would be to pop your postcode in our online Coverage Checker here.

You would always have a 30 day coverage guarantee if you bought a phone through ourselves, so you'd have a good period of time to get to grips with our service to see how we do.

If you have friends/ family or past experience with using the Three network in your local area, then you'll be able to get an idea of how well the coverage works through us there also.
