Hi, since getting my iPhone 11 Pro last month, I have found that I only have 1 bar for network coverage, people are trying to ring me and their call gets cut off and my phone doesn’t even register the call.
Your help would be much appreciated.

The quickest way to get a good idea of the coverage in your area(s) would be to pop your postcode in our online Coverage Checker here.
Have you tried the SIM in another phone?

Thank you for your quick response. I‘ve tried the coverage checker and it’s saying that’s there is good cover in area but my phone is still showing one bar.
As requested I have tried the SIM card in another phone and it’s the same, just one bar.
