Unfortunately, I already did this. I've also reset my phone, turned it off and on again, and hit airplane mode several times.Â
I have no clue what's going on. And it's effecting me everywhere. I can't even call anyone in customer services because the call centres are closed (A call I had to make with someone else's phone)Â

I’m very sorry about that.
Could you please try testing the SIM in another handset and let us know if this makes any difference?
We may need to get a new SIM card sent out to you but let us know if the SIM works better in a different handset first.
