My signal has been very weak during lockdown .Why ?

Hi @Peteru,

I’m sorry to hear that, has the issue been present throughout all of the lockdown period? Upon checking coverage for the PE94EY area, I can see planned work on some of the network masts serving your area, and there was an unplanned outage logged on 14th July. Does the coverage levels change if you travel away from this area?

Yes I don't have to travel too far to get a much better signal, say 1 to 2 miles.

The signal strength has been worse over the lockdown period and still is poor. Data connection can be particularly difficult sometimes non- existant.

The signal strength is not sufficient for smart meter installation incidentally. So presumably something fairly substantial needs to be done.

My wife is on EE network and generally has a good signal however.

Hi @Peteru , it does look as though more maintenance has been performed in that area this morning. Has there been an improvement now? Could you try disconnecting from the network and manually reconnecting for me please?
