Yesterday all my data both 3 and 4G stopped working. I have almost my entire amount for the month left. I have tried rebooting the phone many times and reset the network settings but neither have worked.
After a reset the data worked for just a split second and I was able to reload a webpage but now won’t work again. The internet does not work with any app and I can’t even send iMessages. When I load the YouTube app on data the message at the bottom oscillates between “no connection” and “online” every couple of seconds.
my wifi still works fine
I have made no changes to my plan in many many months and can’t explain this. Urgently need help resolving the issue
