emergency calls only

Nothing wrong with phone but all of a sudden can only make emergency calls only? Contract is all up to date and gets paid on Time every month, tried restarting the phone several times still no luck! What now!

Hello @Beckymcc555,

 

We recently faced an outage from our network partners Three UK, who’s services were down. This has affected coverage accross the board but we believe it should now be up and running.

 

Can you advise if you’re still facing issues currently?

 

Please try powering down your phone and powering this back up to see if it helps?

No we are still having troubles just says emergency calls only we’ve tried what you’ve suggested multiple times with still no luck
