Emergency calls only

Since I switched to iD my phone randomly says ‘emergency calls only’. When I restart my phone it fixes this. However this never happened before I switched to iD.

Emergency call only means you are not getting network coverage.

Insert sim in sim 1 slot.

You are having this problem in  perticular area.

What phone are you using with the iD Mobile SIM currently?

Has the service ever worked fine since you got the SIM?  Or is this localised entirely to one singular area?

Could we get your full postcode to look into any potential issues locally?

@Kevin My phone is ‘Samsung Galaxy A21s’

I have had this problem since I first got the sim card about one month ago. It happens randomly, not dependant on location.

Hi @Bradleym02,

 

Have you tried a different network SIM card in the handset to see how that behaves? How often would you say the issue occurs? Is there a particular pattern to when it’s happening?

I have tried all these and still have emergency calls only.I went into chatline and they said it was congestion in area.I have checked and there is no problem in my area.This has been a month with this on my phone all the time.

Why iD Mobile?
