After upgrading, but keeping the same phone....it says "emergency calls" only. Have restarted the phone numerous times...no difference.

Did you receive a prompt to activate a new SIM through the iD Mobile App? If so, then it’s likely you may have activated a SIM you have yet to receive and cut yourself until that new SIM arrives.
