My phone has been working fine and then this afternoon switch to no service, emergency calls only. Bill up to date, tried switching the phone off and reseting it still not working. Tried checking the sim is in the slot properly and still not working. HelllpppĀ

I am sorry to hear this! Has the service come back since your message? I would advise going to the settings and then to the mobile networks to search for network operators. Select iD Mobile once it appears. Please let me know your postcode if the issue has persisted.
