Why am I receiving a 'sorry your service can't connect to this number' message especially as I have been connected to it previously and this number is a normal land line?

Hi @EdT, so just to confirm, you’re trying to call a landline number from your iD Mobile number, and you’re getting this error message? Does anybody else you know get this error when calling the landline?

What happens when you try to reverse the call, i.e. call your mobile from the landline?
