Hi there
Currently speaking some planned work is being carried out on the mast closest to your home. So it stands to reason that this is likely the root of the problem.
Any sort of maintenance work like this is a top priority to get resolved though, so we’d imagine the Three Network Engineers should hopefully have this all fixed soon.
Have things been patchy since the work began? Or has it consistently been zero signal since?
It's been the last few days normally pretty good . Thank you for getting back to me hopefully it will be solved soon .
