I can’t make or receive calls, it tells me I’m not registered on network

Without knowing more, it’s difficult for us to tell if there are issues affecting your local area -or- if this is potentially an issue with your phone itself.

Have you been able to get coverage fine when you’ve travelled out to other areas?  (away from home).  If so, that could imply there are issues with your local mast.
