Upgraded to new sim only deal a couple of weeks ago. Last two days sim has stopped working. Tried re activating it but told that the sim was already activated. Can’t now make or receive calls or access internet ( when out of WiFi area). Tried putting phone into airplane mode for 30 secs but this didn’t help.
