Hi @Norfolk, sorry to hear you’re not receiving a 4G signal on your iPhone 8. Could you please confirm your full postcode for me so we can check for any disruption in your area?

Is it just at home you’re having issues, or if you’re out and about, too? Are you having trouble with voice and texts, or is it just data? Have you tried forcing 3G in the meantime?
