I can't make or receive calls or use my data but money is being taken from my account

Hello everyone,

 

ID mobile has been taking £30 from my account every month, but my Android phone has been showing a “No Service” notification since before lock-down and I have not had access to the internet to post a question here.

 

  • I have exhausted all the different options in the network settings of my Z5 compact
  • I have tried to contact ID mobile but their contact centres are shut
  • I have been paying £30 monthly
  • I have tried Googling for the solution and did all the reset advice
  • The problem started randomly
  • I have tried using an iPhone but it still says “No Service” in the notification area

Thanks, 

I really need a phone, and I’m paying a lot of money for this.
