I can't receive text messages on my ID mobile

Hello, 

I have just switched to ID mobile. I have transferred my old number using the PAC code. I have receive message from the ID mobile this morning that my transferred has been completed since then I can’t receive any text messages on my phone. 
Any clue what could be the reason.

Hi @Barshad,

 

This could be a case of the port not being fully completed yet. have you tried powering down the handset for 10 minutes and removing the SIM card? This can often provide a quick easy fix.
