I cannot make calls on my Samsung A10?

I had a upgrade to a Samsung A10 in December 19 and was pleased with it , but from March of 2020, I can’t make or receive calls for over 3 months. I have tried to contact somebody but nobody has been getting back to me.

I am very disappointed I am still paying for the phone I can only make texts please will you contact me with 7 days thankyou. Mary.

I’m sorry to hear that.

Have you tried the iD SIM in another device to see if calls work? 

This will rule out if it’s a fault with the handset or if it’s an issue with the coverage.

 

Does data work fine?
