I have no service

I haven’t had service for two and a half days and counting!! Is anyone else having this problem? Because it seems just to be id because my family had ee and they’re fine but I have no service anywhere! Not in my house, not outside where I usually have it... NOWHERE! Can someone help ASAP!!

I am sorry to hear about this! Please can you pop your postcode into our coverage checker here to see if there are any faults in your area? Other than that, please try your iD SIM card in another phone as this could help determine where the fault lies.

You've likely already tried this but my coverage cut off a few days ago and i just turned the phone off and on again. Signal came right back, also you could check to see if you've accidentally disabled mobile data. The ammount of times i done this is quite amazing.
