iD sim not working

Phone says "Emergency calls only"
Phone: Hauwei Honor 5X
Plan: £5 Pay monthly with 5000 texts

Hi! I recently lost my phone and now I got a new sim, I called to activate it but after 2 days its still not working. Please help.

Hello @ilyas,

Welcome to the iD Community.

When you contact us to let us know you've lost your phone, we usually place a suspension on the account to prevent usage.

A new SIM is sent to you and this is blank.
We would activate the SIM manually and then lift the suspension.

In some cases, the suspension isn't lifted or the SIM activation does not complete causing you to not resume services as expected.
