My phone has started disconnecting from the network and the only way to reconnect is to go outside. What is going on? I've been with ID for 8 months and have not had a problem until now. I've done all the usual things, restarted phone, taken sim out etc. Tried sim in another phone with the same results. Can't believe it's because of the weather as everything was fine during the winter. Anyone else having the same problem?

I am sorry to hear that! If the signal seems to drop when you are indoors then it sounds as though the coverage isn’t strong enough to get through to you. If this is a recent issue as you explain then there could be a problem with the network masts serving your area.
Please take a look at the coverage of your postcode area using our coverage checker here and please let us know if you do see some issues.
