Hi i have two ID Mobile account both have started have the same issue about 2 weeks ago. When receiving or dialling call the sometimes line is silent and you can here the other person but they cant here you after a few attempts it then work.
just to also add what I've said before the fact there is zero telephone support and the chat is a joke is a terrible why to run a business. I will be leaving asap.
I'm having exactly the same issue and no idea how to resolve it, I'm having to make calls via WhatsApp instead
