Loss of Data

For some reason I have been unable to access and receive data for about a month. No e-mails, No WhatsApp messages, no access to internet. Data is turned on and there appears to be good coverage but no matter where I am nothing is happening. Any Ideas?

Oh dear @DavidH54 this doesn't sound good at all!

Are you able to access your emails, websites and WhatsApp when connected to WiFi?

Have you tried turning mobile data off and using only WiFi? This would give us a better indication as to what the problem is.
